Visitor analytics sets no cookies. A daily digest of request IP and normalized browser categories estimates daily visitors. Raw IP addresses, full user agents, URL queries and full referring URLs are not stored in analytics.
Events are retained for 30 UTC calendar days and daily aggregates for 400 days. Daily UV totals across a date range are sums, not deduplicated people.
Administrator login uses a separate necessary HttpOnly session cookie lasting at most 8 hours. Website analytics never reads Desktop terminal content, SSH credentials or application data.
